I am a size 4 - 6; I can wrap these straps around my body almost two times. I have an older version where the straps were more adjustable and LOVED it. If this fits your core, the benefits are fantastic. However, you can't return it once you open the package, so buyer beware.

This brace is awful - do not waste your money on it. I have thoracic outlet syndrome and need to keep my shoulders back to alleviate pressure on the nerves of my neck and arms. This brace claimed to meet my needs, but it offered no support whatsoever.
