Tammy - Canada: Friend needed a longer cord for her landline phone, couldn't find one. Found this one on here works great. Stays plugged in, cord expands quite a long way and goes back into shape. Very good buy.

Tom: I bought this for use in a retail environment where we have to have a phone cord that stretched a long distance. One year later and it's holding up better than anything that the retail company that I work for provided for us. I figure that what they were providing to us was the cheapest thing that they could get whereas this phone cord is made of better materials. This is with being used daily and stretched out to nearly the maximum length at any given time.

MFR: Average quality phone handset cable - arrived with some severe kinks in the cable (similar to those shown in the listing pic), I tried to remove the kinks but looks like they may be permanent. Cable isn't the most flexible, it is a bit stiff and doesn't stretch super easy, but I guess that is a trade-off for possibly being more durable (though I suspect it would more likely give out at the connectors rather than along the stiff cable itself).

FrankG: I ordered this cord to replace the original one on my office phone. This cord works perfectly and I don't hear any static at all when moving it (which can happen with bad/cheap replacements). tangling does not seem to be a major issue which is nice for a cord of this length.
The only issue I have with it is that it is packaged in such a way that the "folds" are clearly visible even after some time of it being used. I can still clearly see the 6 kinks of where the cord was folded in the box. They should coil it better so it does not kink. It still works fine though and perhaps after enough time, the kinks will disappear.
