GB in Toronto: Quality product with no static. Coils nicely but advertising it extending it up to 12 ft is a bit of a "stretch".
An 8 ft stretch is my guess at the max; longer could potentially lead to a corrupted and unuseable cord.
Overall, fits my need, am quite happy with the product, and would buy again

Gracie's Dad: I wanted a 12 foot phone cord. This is a 12 foot phone cord. I have no idea what makes it a “pro series” phone cord ... is it made especially for people who get paid to yack it up on the phone all day long? I’m just an amateur, and I don’t use my phone very much. Is this overkill for me? Will it still work for short, occasional calls?

Sheesh. Anyway, other than the goofy name, it seems to work just fine.

David C. Arnold: Performed EXACTLY as expected. Plugged one end into the handset, and one end into the Phone - and it worked "right out of the package". No batteries required; no need for complicated settings or registering on line. It could not have been EASIER (especially with the clear "connect one end to handset, the other to phone" diagram on the back of the package.), Worked like a charm the first time I installed it; and weeks later, still no problems. And, yes, the cord was "Ivory" too - just as I ordered. (This circumvented the fear I had of ordering an "Ivory" cord, but instead possibly getting a "green" or "Blue" cord instead - which would just NOT have matched the phone ... ). I recommend, for those that have a handset and a phone, but need a Telephone Cord, that while you COULD order a different one ... you can "do no wrong", and you'd be happy, with this cord. Thanks to Amazon for reminding me a couple times to "rate" this cord purchase. {btw, Vendor delivery - fast, well packaged too}

Mr. Paul: Have you ever been sitting talking on the phone and you need to get something just out of your reach and so you stretch as far as you can trying not to pull the phone off the desk or table on to the floor? Well it took me 2 phones and numerous drops to figure out to just get a longer handset cord. No more drops but I am now trying for longer and longer treks so I don't know. I know what you're thinking but I have had miserable luck with cordless phones with signal strength and battery limitations and I hate saying "can you hear me now?" Nope the 12' cord simplified my life and for $3 plus shipping.
