Cberry: I looove, love this one. When traveling with friends, they often ask to use it because it does a quick job and well. It heats up fast and has an attachment with smoother fabric on the front for more delicate clothing. I have another one for domestic travel that is lighter in weight, so that's the only thing I don't love about this one. Nonetheless, I compared multiple devices before purchasing and this one was the best-rated and least heavy for a dual-voltage steamer so I cannot complain, when traveling overseas, this works like a charm.

Ddarrah426: Bought this for a trip we were taking to Las Vegas for our Vow Renewal. We were trying to pack 6 days of clothing into carry on bags, and that included my dress and my husband's dressy clothes. We had to tightly pack the clothes, so I knew they would be extremely wrinkled... and I HATE IRONING!!! I purchased this kinda last minute, a couple days before the trip. I'm so glad I did!!
This steamer works so well. It only takes a couple minutes to come up to heat. The steam is forceful, and tackles the wrinkles quickly. You can steam while hanging, or can also use a table for a more crisp look. There are two different canisters to hold the water, a small one, and a larger one. I appreciate those choices. There are also some attachments that are included, but I have not yet used them.
I didn't realize what I was missing by having a steamer. I use it frequently at home, it is a quick way to freshen up your clothes after them being in a drawer or squished in a closet. I can plug in my steamer and freshen up my outfit in less than 5 minutes. I have not had any issues with it at all. It's perfect!!!

Destiny: I find myself going very slow just to get the spots I need. Does take some time to heat up, so you can’t just plug it in and use it immediately. It’s good for traveling, does come with a bag and other attachments. I think the tank is a little small but if you’re not using it often, shouldn’t be an issue. Also comes with a bigger & smaller tank which is nice. Overall I’m happy I purchased this!

Laura: This steamer went above my expectations - it is well designed and constructed, and the steamer head attachments it comes with are perfect. Mine came with two sizes of water reservoirs, I find the large one is perfect for dresses and the small one is suitable for shirts and other smaller garments, without having to fill up multiple times. My only complaint is that it is difficult to steam the edges, but this is simply a fact for any steamer and I would likely benefit from a quick Google search on how to effectively steam the ends without burning my fingers... The bag it comes with is wonderfully sturdy and large enough to fit the steamer and all accessories without cramming them in. An excellent buy!

Kate D: I just used my steamer for the first time. I like the fact that you can fold it to stow away. It also came with a neat drawstring bag for better storage. When you turn it on it makes this very weird and loud noise while it’s heating up. I wasn’t sure if that was standard or if something is wrong with the one I received. The steaming was decent. Nothing revolutionary! I like how convenient it is for traveling so I’ll keep it, but there are probably better options out there.

Clutch: The steamer does not work out of the box. Warms up, but no steam is produced. I'm disappointed and I will be returning it. There are many reviewers who cite the same problem.

Update: I reached out to customer service, and Erica promptly shipped me a new steamer that works perfectly. The quality control can use a bit of attention, but the customer service is top notch.

Kelly Dockrill: Finally got to try it out today and nothing. I even went through the troubleshooting and still no steam. It will get warm but doesn’t produce any steam at all. Was very excited about this one because of all the great reviews. I must have received a defective machine.

UPDATE:
Customer service reached out to me and offered to send me a new steamer which they did. Unfortunately the second one they sent was also defective. In the end they offer me a refund. The customer service i received was quick and they did everything they could to rectify the situation. My 4 stars is based on customer service alone.

Eric BonnellEric Bonnell: The steamer functions fine and I like that you can fold it, but unfortunately it leaks hot water down the handle as you’re using it (see photo). I have to use a towel to hold it so I don’t burn my hands. Disappointed as I think I may have received a defective unit.

*EDIT* Excellent customer service who reached out to me to replace the unit at no cost to me. I have yet to try the replacement unit but will update when I do.

Aggie: I’ve gone through 2 other types of (cheaper) portable steamers before I decided to invest in this one. This mini steamer handles itself like a full size steamer without the water dripping. It is light, easy to use and it comes with easy to follow instructions. With my previous mini portable steamers, I’d have to wait until the steamer cooled down before refilling but with this one, you can refill as soon as the water runs out. No need to wait until it’s cooled. It heats up very quickly once the water is in. The folding head makes it great for traveling. It is very compact and fits nicely in your luggage. (my last one broke in my luggage and that’s when I decided to invest in higher quality portable steamer) This item is slightly more expensive than other similar products in the market but you get so much more use & life out of it. I highly recommend this product.

slothbury: Update:
Customer service has reached out to me to see if there's anything that they can do to help with the experience. They also offered me a refund even though I had requested for a replacement. The first replacement got lost in the mail and they reached out to send me another one.

On to the product itself: the replacement worked as expected and did not have the water dripping and spurting issues I had with my first unit. It had enough power to steam t-shirts easily and the water in reservoir is enough for two shirts, or one to one and a half shirt. While it's not a lot it serves the purpose as a travel steamer where you would iron one or two garments a day. I have not had the chance to test it outside of the US, so I can't speak for its handling of different voltages though I believe it would be fine.

If you receive a faulty unit, I highly recommend you reach out to customer service as they are helpful and willing to do the right thing to either refund you or provide a working replacement, and that's rare these days!
