These visibly melted the heart of the Beatrix Potter fan for whom they were purchased. Love that they are in the small size they were originally issued in (and child-sized). Love that they are Potter's illustrations (have seen some beautiful renditions for her stories, but hers are the "best"). Would be great for a 'story-a-night' Advent calendar or similar for young children.

The book was very carefully packaged -- which was great, because the delivery driver tossed the package to the side of the house in the rain. Thankfully because the seller was careful about wrapping the book and placing it in a box, it wasn't damaged. Once opened, I am glad to say the book was in excellent condition.
