EricG: Nothing. These are the typical Beano product. Good flavor, melt in your mouth and work exceptionally well. It’s important to follow the directions on Beano or it just will not work. Beano isn’t for gas and bloating that’s already present which is exceptionally well treated with something like GAS-X. Beano works fantastic to prevent gas when taken prior to meal. GasX is outstanding for gas/bloating already present. Beano is for preventing gas from forming in most situations.
