Malby: I have fried three turkeys so far with this setup. The assembling was easy. I like the way it has the safety bars on the side to keep the pot over the flame. The only thing that I wish you would have had that a previous one of mine had was a do not feel past line. I personally try not to deep fry more than a 12 pound turkey at a time. It's nothing for me to fry 2 turkeys in the same oil and everything turned out just the way it was supposed to.

Patrick S.: This product worked awesome, I used it to scold chickens. As well as bag them after I was done with the butchering process. Worked perfectly for all size of the birds that I had. I think this was a great purchase and I would definitely buy it again.

Marc Walker: This item is going to be used out of context for the product. I produce my own meat and it will be perfect for scalding chickens. The pot came with a few dings in it but nothing that is a problem for me. The pot is solid. The lid fits well. It should clean up nicely since it is all aluminum. The base is a little wobbly but it will work for intended purpose. I have not used the burner yet so I can not say how that will be. Over all I like the product and would recommend it. I do not feel it will fit a large turkey if your purpose is to deep fry. I have very large chickens and they fill most of the opening. It is much taller then wide which does make sense for deep frying.
