Dave: We wanted to use this for our turkey but found it not large enough. We had a 22 pound turkey.
We were able to use it to carve the ham. Everything stays in place!
Just need a larger cutting board and it would have been great!

Robert Smith: This cutting board is very well made. The diamond cuts in the middle of the board hold meats in place not sliding around when trying to cut. Also the grooves for the juices are deep so there is no mess.
Easy to clean up. It's a heavy board. Love it.
