System did not include directions and the website that was listed for directions did not include any for this kit. You will need a very good understanding of auto wiring and full schematics to install. After a full day to install the system it works well.

Installed on 2000 jeep grand Cherokee 4.0 It is a about a 4 hour job I did 2 hours a day, if you haven't touched wires I would get help on this. Product worked great. Read a lot of negative reviews about people trying to install this themselves and complaining about needing professional installation. They are time consuming and require specialized knowledge.
I went to my local Fry's who recommended the Avital and did the install for about $130. It took about 4 hours. I bought the the Avital on Amazon. I needed another device in addition to the Avital, Directed Electronics DB3 All-in-One Door Lock & Override Module which also sells on Amazon.
The system works great. Just press and release the button to start the car. There's a green light on the remote that blinks when you press it. Press again and hold to kill it. Long pressing the button will not start the car but instead cause the lights on you vehicle to flash to better find it in a parking lot. You can also use the pit stop feature which allows you to, while the engine is running, remove the key from the ignition and exit and lock the vehicle. This is quite handy if you need to leave the vehicle for a short duration like for example if you have someone else in the car and you'd like the engine to be running for A/C, radio, etc. Of course there's a built...

muy bueno se lo instale a una ford lobo 2003 y funciona a la perfeccion, solo hay un detalle segun el instalador, que hay que adquirir un transponder y sacrificar una llave original por motivo del chip de la llave en eso no estuve deacuerdo pero segun el es la unica solucion para que encienda la troka in vestigue un poco y no hay que comprar dicho transponder que de echo salia mas caro que el car remote, lasolucion que me encontre es sujetar una llave original cerca del encendido para que lea el chip y me ha funcionado muy bien si hay que sacrificar una llave original pero te ahorras el gasto del transponder si gustan comenten y les mando fotos de como sujete la llave
