Amazon Customer: The design simplicity is great on this item just a tank, lid, spout and pump with usb cable; it’s clear plastic so the state of the filter and the water level can be seen at all times ; the minimum and maximum water levels for operation are clearly defined so that can be monitored easily , the flow rate is good and the cats find it easy to drink from , either the spout or the pool area below- they are drinking more as a result which is great. Good value - easy to assemble, and easy to maintain ; the tank happily holds enough water for 2 cats to be topped up every other day , the filters can be accessed easily and can be monitored at a glance without dismantling the unit. One thing to bear in mind, the unit I bought only had a usb connection which required a usb plug , which I luckily already had. Very pleased with this product . Would highly recommend this cat water fountain

Review100572: Kitty likes to drink from a tap, hence this one works a treat as an alternative as it has a spout. Easy to see when it needs topping up with water. I would give it five stars if the spout swivelled to the side - kitty would love it even more.

AliAli: This is best for fussy cats.
I have a very fussy cat that used to drink water only from the sink tap . Never touched the water bowl she always had . She is quite old now and developed kidney disease which means she drinks more water and kept asking to go up to the tap. To be honest, I wish I knew about this fountain earlier it would have made life much easier.
She drinks only from the fountain now and gone are the days of the tap water.
I only wish we had more guidance about the filter that comes with it . I still have no idea how often it should be changed. I just go by intuition.

RadRick: We had a waterfall type fountain for a couple of years. Cat loved it. PITA to clean, but the cat did drink from it. Then it broke. Tried a bubbling type of water device. Cat would not go near it. Total snub. We gave it a week with a bowl of water nearby. Nope, nothing doing. Finally got this one. Cat took about a day, then, no problem, cat drinks from it just like the old one. And this one is super easy to clean, and looks much better than the old one.

Veronica: La fuente esta genial, porque por fin no hace nads de ruido. Ni el motor ni el agua que cae al cuenco.
Eso si, sin grifo.
Con grifo el agua que cae si suena el chorrillo.
Pero si lo pones en modo que brote, arreglado.
Mi gata se ha adaptado a ese modo desde el primer momento. Tiene 3 tipos de velocidad para que corra el agua.
Es muy facil de manejar para limpiarla, ya que coge en una mano.
Tiene pocos elementos por lo tanto es facil de montar y de limpiar.
Trae muchos accesorios para la limpieza, cosa que otras nada..
Trae varios filtros.
En mi caso, que siempre ando en busca de la fuente perfecta, creo que por fin hemos acertado.

EDITO: no sé cómo ponerme en contacto con el vendedor porque el vaso de la fuente se va saliendo el agua por abajo por un lado, tengo que poner una toalla porque va saliendo agua. No sé si me podrian proporcionar otro vaso? Gracias!

Athena: Fountain is very quiet and my cats took to it right away and seem to be drinking a lot more! My cat went from not drinking out of her water bowel and only drinking from the toilet to no longer drinking from the toilet! (I also learned that cats don’t drink by where they eat so I put the fountain in a different spot)

Stacy H: I selected this watering dish because it's see-through and I could tell when it was empty. The motor died on the like 2 days after the 30 day return period so I'm just out the money. Very disappointed.

Lori: My cat is obsessed with drinking from the sink, so I thought I would try this fountain. She loved it right away and drinks from it everyday!

PROS:
- Installation and assembly were pretty easy, just follow the instructions provided!
- It comes with a neat blue silicone mat for spillages because our furry pets like to do that! It is pretty easy for the water to get out of the fountain, so I would be careful putting it on wood or expensive floors, as the water tends to get under the fountain and on the floor even despite the blue mat.
- The noise level is pretty decent, you only hear the water splashes if you are within 6-8 feet or so.
- Cleaning was pretty easy, I would just disassemble all the pieces and make sure the sticky film that naturally develops was gone. The grey sponge that serves as a filter would get pretty nasty, but I guess that just means it does its job of trapping the dirt and hairs away from the water!
- I did not notice any worms or fungi growing in it after, so as long as you clean it regularly!
- motor was good enough to create a good water stream, not too strong, not too weak.

CON:
- after a few days of use, I can see water...
