Brittany: I bought this a few months ago, and recently when I unplugged it to clean it, part of the plug in piece came off!! I used electrical tape to mend it but for what I paid I was expecting quality parts

fitmom: We recently became cats adopters. We had one in mind, but we ended up with two cats. We used to have bunnies (lionheads) and they passed last year. So, we didn't think about cats until my oldest son adopted a cat and it stole our hearts, and we decided to adopt one from Humane Society, then we had two. I almost regretted my purchase, because they didn't care for it. But all of a sudden, they started to drink out of the fountain and that made my heart happy. They don't get along, but they both drink a lot of water out the fountain.

CrystalCrystal: Great product I only wish it had a button or switch on it to turn off cause I constantly have to unplug it and plug it in (cause my cats not inside all day) and I have an elderly cat that doesn’t really like to drink water so I hope this helps him drink water more often. This fountain makes barely any noise and it’s super easy to assemble and take apart to clean. It also comes with brushes to clean it with and extra filters. My cat was a little weirded out by it but he is not scared of it and he likes the sound of the running water.
