Natalie: I’ve used it all this summer. The hummingbirds love it, it’s easy to take apart and clean out. But the base is now rusting, and just keeps getting worse. I just cleaned it and found five dead bees that had wiggled their way into the feeder. I have the older style, so I plan to get a newer one with the improved bee guard that will hopefully fix that issue.

Katz: This item was delivered this week. I was surprised at how much nectar it holds, it should last more than a day or two when hummingbirds are actively feeding. Overall, I am pleased with the design and appearance of this item. The color is just as pictured, and the glass is thick so it should not break easily. The item came with a hanger and an alternate option for hanging if needed. One caveat is that while it may be handblown glass, it was made into two pieces and joined together. That is obvious when you look at it, but not distracting.

LeahLeah: We love this feeder, though we have never owned anything different. We have 3 hummingbirds that use it regularly, and they are so much fun to watch. Many times they chase each other away from the feeder and end up chasing each other for a few minutes which is pretty comical as they zip back and forth. For the first two weeks we didn’t think it worked but then the birds found it and they have stayed the last few months. (We hung this up mid-May).

The feeder is beautiful and easy to clean. We hand wash it in case the glass can’t handle the dishwasher. We boil water to dissolve 1 part sugar to 5 parts water. When it has cooled, we fill it and hang it up. If it goes empty, they start looking in our windows. Not sure if they are scolding us or if the behavior is a coincidence, but it is fun nonetheless.

KLHKLH: I am in northern Alberta. I have four different hummingbird feeders and they go to this one the most by far. They all stop and sit on the little perches which I think is what makes the difference for them. Plus it’s beautiful, especially in the sunshine. I’ll probably buy another.

Paul Cavender: It’s not a bad feeder however I would question “Handblown” maybe blown into a mould, because true hand blown glass does not have a seem running around it.

Bad marketing in my book and it ships from China, so mass produced.
