K. P. Wilson: I liked the book quite a bit, however, there were things that I wish were better explained. I don’t understand how to count carbs. I needed more information about how to do this. What is a carb counter and how does it work. What are Ketosis sticks? The book says for beginners but I didn’t feel it explained well enough what beginners need to know
