I was recently diagnosed with a complicated immune disease for which my diet has to extremely restricted, but I’m also prediabetic, but I also have to get in enough of the right kinds of carbs for my brain to function as well as possible at the moment and help my energy level so I’m not always feeling weak and tired.
These are the *perfect* carb. 👍🏻 I can’t put any seasoning on them or eat them with anything else except a plain meat or fish portion and sometimes salt, but they taste good enough on their own that I don’t feel deprived.
