Cyn: This pump is quiet, the light is very helpful in reminding me to fill it and most importantly my cat loves it. My pump failed in the first year and I contacted the seller and the pump was replaced promptly. I received excellent service.

Cassius Armani: In the product description they focus so much on the features I wish they’d put notice on how long the filters last and how often you need to change them out along with the pre filter sponge in the pump. It gets moldy! No wonder my cat wont go near it. They also don’t sell the sponges. That’s my main issue. It works good though and I have had it for about a month or so

This is the second pet drinking fountain we got. It's easy to install. It’s super clean all the time, and super quiet that you really wouldn’t realise it’s there. The blue led makes it easy to see the water level. You get four filters included with the water fountain, which should last you half a year. Don’t hesitate about getting this cat fountain if you’re trying to keep your cats happy and healthy!

I love this cat water fountain! I bought this because my cat is very finicky on how she drinks her water. This fountain, is easy set up, and easy filter change. It’s been a life saver. I don't have to worry now that my cat is always going to drink out of the toilet. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

MINNIE: My cats love their new fountain. Works great! Very quiet, holds a lot of water and water stays clean and fresh. The water fountain is easy to assemble and fill. It comes with four filters, you can take the top of the fountain and look at water and filter easily to check if it needs cleaning and replace. It looks amazingly adorable. Highly recommend.

Jillian Dickie: Update: the replacement one is working well, it is a little noisy like people have said but I find if you keep it fuller it is a lot quieter and even at its loudest it doesn't bother us at all.
You do need to clean is weekly to keep it fr getting slimy, which would be the case for any fountain.
**ETA: the company reached out and replaced the fountain after seeing it stopped working, it came quickly and I'm happy with the customer service
I bought this about 6 months ago. It worked pretty well, just have to make sure you take everything apart to clean it or the pump won't work properly. Disappointed with it now as after a power outage the pump no longer works. The light comes on but no water comes out.
