Arturo Figueroa: This ladder is great, easy to setup and take down. I keep it in the RV to reach the top of the slides. When taking down the ladder what your fingers as it slides down quickly. Easy to store.

Amazon Customer: It's as described, but it moves a lot under your when you have it extended (I'm 225 lbs). I have good balance and I am not remotely afraid of heights but felt a little scared on this ladder, it just feels unsteady and a little flimsy. I hesitate to say it's unsafe because I haven't been hurt, but it just bends a lot and feels shaky. It's listed for up to 330 lbs, but maybe it would seem more secure under 200lb? I don't like using it, to be honest.

John McAhren: I own a home inspection business and these ladders are essential to my business, because I quite honestly use this ladder in various (precarious) situations on a daily basis. Climbing three flights of stairs with a ladder is a potential liability for damage for me and climbing onto roofs is the most dangerous part of my job. This ladder is very light weight and easy to carry. The Velcro on this ladder is absolute garbage, it will work for maybe a couple weeks and then no stick at all. Good Velcro must be very expensive, because I've had several other ladders of this type that have the same issue. The good thing about this ladder is that the Velcro doesn't have to hold the ladder together when carrying it around. Other folding type ladders fully rely on the Velcro to keep it together and I had to use bungee cords to hold them together just to carry it. This one is not that way because you carry it from the bottom rung and the ladder extends upwards. So no issues when carrying the ladder... only when loading/unloading from my truck... but I can deal with that. Please get better Velcro! Annoying a heck.
So the next issue when dealing with these types of ladders is the release...
