odonabit: There are cheaper ones with a 200lb rating (The Louisville has a 300lb rating)...but when you are swaying about 24 feet up with salty sweat in your eyes and covered in wasps and beetles, you want to be confident. I am confident in this ladder; it is nice quality....

Brandon hermisonBrandon hermison: I like the ladder unfortunately it arrived at my house damaged.. one other thing I didn't like the locks that hold it in place when u extend it are made from plastic.. I've roofed my whole life n never have I seen plast lock outs before. I definitely could see them breaking or going bad over time n heavy use. I wasn't able to use the ladder due to it being damaged on the leg.. I guess for the price tho wouldn't be so bad if it arrives not damaged.. I've been dealing with this issue for a month it was the second one I received damaged n when ur 20 feet in the air u really don't want any weak spots.

Q: The ladder itself is ok. The shipping company is kind of slow. They didn't come during the delivery day and didn't even bother to let me know. So wasted my time waiting at home. And when it was finally delivered, the foot rubber was torn. I bought the 24-ft and it is enough for a 2-story house. Glad that I didn't purchase a taller one. It's already heavy enough for two people to move. Overall it is good value for the money when it's on sale, especially it includes delivery. Most people don't have trucks/trailers.

Jackie: We’ve been looking for a nice 32ft ladder for a while, but don’t have the proper vehicle to carry one. Plus, shipping costs from other stores were almost half the cost of the actual ladder! One day I was bored, and searched 32 foot ladder on Amazon. I was in for a shock. Not only did they have them, but the shipping wars FREE (with prime). I almost couldn’t believe it, I had to laugh and show my husband. He laughed too, but then told me to order it. So I did! We could schedule the time it came and everything, the delivery truck even had a GPS on it so I could watch it drive towards us on Amazon. Technology is crazy! But anyway, now we have a very nice ladder, at a great price. Couldn’t be happier!

G. Lee: I have to agree with the other reviewers who gave this 5 stars. It is reasonably light, yet strong, especially considering its 28 ft. length. It is also relatively inexpensive. I got it because it is a bit lighter than some of the other ladders. I'm only 160 lbs and rarely need this much height. It easily reaches the gutters on the high side of my house and at around 23 ft. is very stable with only nominal flexing. I felt safe at this height. I can handle the ladder by myself, but would feel better having an assistant. After moving it several times it does start to get heavy. There was one tiny niggle with it. The spring on one of the floating latches had come off, so it had to be snapped back in place. This may have happened when ripping the protective cover off, or not. Regardless it was a simple fix. Delivery was to the door, which saved a lot of trouble and for me was an added bonus. Overall this is a good buy.

Maltonfolk: This is one of those purchases I should have made a decade ago. Replacing a 30yo ladder, this thing is a dream. It's lighter, more stable, and has a feature I was stunned about. The second section of the ladder is EXTREMELY easy to decouple from the base ladder, meaning for the 90% of the time I only need a 12footer, I can just pull off the extension. A very neat idea that is well worth the investment.
I was worried about the shipping, but a call from the delivery service and everything was promptly arranged.

Very impressed with Amazon and the delivery of such a large product.
