I have used Anthony's products for a number of years and always liked them. This one does not disappoint either! My go-to-bread recipe calls for 1 Tb. of yeast but since I didn't want to open another packet for the 1/4 tsp extra I used just one packet to see how it would work; my bread turned out just the same! Thanks "Anthony" for another great product!
