I have been working with customer service to try to resolve this. I would say, as a customer, I have gone above and beyond the expectation of being patient and working to get this resolved. Customer service has been very attentive and I have followed all instructions given. They sent a part and were to include instructions to see if it could resolve the issue. Today I received the part without instructions. The part I was sent did not even match the treadmill (see photo). I am normally a very patient and understanding person but I have been played a fool with this device. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very disappointed. I always research things prior to purchasing on Amazon. I needed something small and easy to use and this treadmill looked like the perfect fit. The box was received in good time and packaging was very secure. I read through the instructions carefully but to be honest, there were a few points that were confusing such as the part about needing to replace a fuse and the purpose of downloading the app. We plugged it in and turned it on. Amazon Customer: This is a good treadmill for the cost. I purchased this due to the smaller size as I live in an apartment. I’m out of shape , so starting off by walking only. I’ll start with the pro’s. I’ve only used it for a week but so far so good. It’s small enough that I can store it under my bed. The accessories holder is big enough to hold my iPad. It’s easy to operate and there’s plenty of tread to run ( when I chose to). I am about 225 lbs and it works just fine. The con’s… if you want the bar down , the treadmill only operates with a watch that it comes with. The watch didn’t come with a watch battery. I anticipated when I bought this that the arms would easily fold up or down however everytime you put the bars down you have to use an Allen wrench to
Loosen it up. Then when you want the bar up, you get to use the Allen wrench again to tighten it up. It’s kind of a pain. So unfortunately it’s taking up space because it’s too much of a hassle to keep loosening and tightening up the bar to be able

Celestial78: I bought this specifically to fit under my desk at home. I work from home, and needed a way to exercise while working to prevent and health issues from being sedentary all day. This treadmill was perfect for my needs. For reference I am 5'2 and 160 lbs.

Pros:
- Quality materials
- Sturdy, durable
- No assembly required, arrived ready to use out of the box
- Very quiet
- Not too heavy, yet not flimsy
- The speed levels for walking are perfect for my needs (usually keep between 2-3)
- I am able to work, talk on my headset and multitask while exercising
- the belt is wide enough for my size 7 feet and I have plenty of room on the belt to walk without issues

Cons:
- I have never put up the handle bar because I use it under my desk, but may be an inconvenience for anyone who wants to use it for faster speeds (running) because you have to disassemble it
- If you stop the treadmill for any reason, it restarts (dosent pick up from where you left off)

Overall I find this to be a great way to exercise if you work from home, or just like to walk indoors. I'm a real hermit and dislike walking outside in my mountain...
