MK: Love this purchase! We are saving so much money (and trees) by not having to purchase toilet paper as much each week! Granted, your water bill might go up a tiny bit depending on use, but you'll never want to go back to paper again!

Relatively easy to install. The paper & plastic guide included is helpful, though good for one installation only. We do like that you can remove the seat for cleaning. Not quite sure how to clean the nozzles other than to wipe with sponge occasionally and then run water through. The water jet control is easy to use. And the sea goes down gradually, which is a nice feature, too.

R. JmnzR. Jmnz: Es cómodo para el aseo íntimo, ya tenía otro sistema que era independienete del asiento de baño pero simpre se desajustaba y se movía el asiento por lo que era incómodo. Opté por éste que además de que estaba integrado al asiento es de la misma marca que el WC ( ya que hay uno igual a mitad de precio y dudé porque supuse que era chino) aunque es la misma marca del WC no ajusta al largo de la taza y bueno al usarlo hace ruido pues rechinan las piezas. Y que creen? 🤔 éste está hecho en China

Cheryl: I really like this seat. At first I had issues installing because one of the bolts in the kit were wrong, but I contacted american standard and they sent me a new packet of bolts for free with no issues. Installed easy and works great. I wish the splitter thing for the hoses was metal instead of plastic but it works. I love the 1 button to remove the seat for easy cleaning below the seat. Sometimes it's hard to reach the nozzles to clean them (self clean is just water so you do want to clean them at some point) but i just slowly turn the nozzle on and then pull it out further to clean it with a clorox wipe.

Much nicer than the units that attach to existing seats. The only complaint is that the hole in the seat is smaller than a normal seat but my husband and I got used to it and have no further issues.

Pour le moment j’apprends à le connaître, pour les femmes, moi je dois me pencher vers l’avant pour être certaine que ça va partout…peut-être allons nous réussir à sauver du papier de toilette, je l’espère, mais on se sent rafraîchi. C’est seulement de l’eau froide, mais moi ça ne me dérange pas, on ne l’utilise quand même pas assez longtemps pour se geler cette région!
J’ai une toilette american standard, alors il va super bien dessus.
Pour l’installation, très facile.
Pour le confort et l’évaluation global, j’ai mis 4 étoiles, je n’étais pas été capable de mettre des 4 1/2 étoiles.
Le seul bémol, c’est l’ouverture du siège (le trou), c’est assez petit mais il est quand même assez grand pour que nous ayons de la place. C’est juste que j’ai une allongé et ça rapetisse vraiment le trou!
Question confort, on va sûrement s’habituer, on est pas mal assis mais c’est différent.
On voulait un bidet, alors on passe par dessus la perfection.
En général je suis contente de mon achat pour le prix. Faut dire que ça ne fait même pas 24 heure que je...

AM: I own a Bio Bidet BB200 for many years. My downstairs toilet does not have a near power outlet, so I have been postponing installing one there for a while. I decided to go with a "cheap" bidet and it was a great decision. Is ti as good as the BB2000? No. Mind that it is 10% of the BB2000 price. Is the BB2000 10x better than this one. No.

I would say that this one is a better value for the money than the BB2000. Having said that, it is not perfect, but you can't expect that at this price point.

Here are the good things about it.
+ Easy to install
+ Great price
+ Works as described and as expected
+ Fits ok (more on that later)
+ No need for power
+ Soft close lid (did not expect it at this price)
+ Seem durable - had it for 5 months now.

What could be better?
- My toilet is a Kohler and this seat fits, but just barely. That is, the seat is shorter than the toilet. It would be great if they would offer two different sizes or so. I realize it may create a nightmare as people would order the wrong one. Still, for my toilet, the seat could be about 1.5 inches longer, which would be great.

mutatio: Working great so far! Got this as an interim replacement as we wait for a Brondell Swash model to go on sale. Had picked up a round version from Genie Bidet a couple years ago and can compare the kits (though perhaps genie bidet has improved since then). Basically, this looks like all the other bidet seats of the same variety. Same lever, same markings, etc. The things that made This stand out from the Genie Bidet round model was the hardware. The mounting bracket, bolts, and adjustable spacers are basically identical. The inserts for the American Standard seat, however, or a higher-quality rubber, rather than the hard plastic ones provided with the genie bidet seat. The plastic inserts did not allow for a firm attachment and the seat would move if you were sitting on it and it shifted your weight. I ended up having to use the bolts and the plastic threaded nuts for the genie bidet version. The rubber inserts for the American Standard seat have brass threading and once you get the insert in (a bit of a challenge), they fasten up very snugly without the need for the threaded nuts.
