All-Natural, Salt-Free, Vegan, Non-GMO Indian Pure Green Cardamom Ground Spice from Desi Kitchen

Ruth: Cardamom power has nice aroma but I found that when used in tea, the product floats until boiled awhile and then forms a paste at bottom of cup. I have not had this issue with several other brands I use for tea. It is also a lighter color so I believe it contains quite a bit of hulls along with the seeds, hence the paste at the bottom of my tea cups. Not bad for the price and might work well in curries or baked goods, But definitely going back to my earlier brands for brewing tea.

john flynn: Whereas I have used other brands sourced in Guatemala so that in itself is not terrible. The product I received was Cardamon sourced in Guatemala, not India which is fine. However, the reason I ordered this brand was to try Cardamon sourced in India .... So, still trying it .... for now, 3 stars.... as I was disappointed

JoMarch: Pleased with the quality and has been fun to experiment with. Wish it came in smaller container, as I mostly cook for two and a half size jar would be more suitable to my needs.

Stuart Woods fans: Great aroma and taste! Much better than store-bought. My good friends and neighbors from Pakistan cook with cardamom pods, and introduced us to the delicious flavor of cardamom in desserts and fruits. Adding this gives a truer taste and smell, especially to my homemade granola. Glad my local stores were out, so I searched on Amazon.
