Erin: My office is inside a boat mechanics service bay. Gas exhaust is constantly coming in along with outdoor pollen and other allergies. Lori R.Lori R.: Where to begin… As you see I have 2 A/P UNITS NOT by choice but bcuz The one in the bedroom is the ORIGINAL ONE & after a week of using it NOT 1 SINGLE HAIR/DEBRIS Was in the filter.. AS WELL As this unit was supposed to change settings(colors,speed&strenght) according to your AIR QUALITY.. during this Trial Week I had also PURCHASED /APPLIED HOMAX TUB & TILE REFURBISHER Which if anyone is familiar with this product you literally need a N95 or stronger facemask for this product.. The chemical smell is off the charts I applied this in my guest bathrm & the only ventilation was to open doors into my laundryrm & Guest bedroom I have no windows in this bathrm so needless to say my house reeked of a super strong chemical smell for the next 7-10 days still to this day there is a vague chemical scent in the air..SO WITH THIS..NO HAIR NO DEBRIS NO SETTING CHANGE IN UNIT WHILE CHEMICALS ARE FLOATING THROUGH THE AIR NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTACT SELLER(so I thought Big mistake/waste of time) after a week of going back-and-forth w/ them even though I Only had it for 7-10 days Well under warranty..they wanted to discuss it w/ one level of management after another..after...

R Smith: I love this air purifier. We have purchased 2 before this one. No problems to report so far. It's quiet, does not take up a lot of space, cleans the air nicely, and I love that it has an auto setting (set it and forget it). I do wish it would chime when the filter needs to be replaced. We are happy campers with this purchase.
