CES: I purchased this particular wood burning kit after doing research online for the ratings on wood burning kits. This item was a gift to our oldest son who has become an avid wood carver and was really wanting a top quality wood burning kit. Diana white: Works great. Still learning controls but easy enough to do. Pens do get hot towards the end of handle, but still a good hold a little ways up. I am very happy with it and good price too.
