BD: UPDATE: 08/07/23
The seller/manufacturer got in touch after my original review to troubleshoot the issue & shipped a new faucet as a result. Happy to say that the new faucet is without leaks & Kelly was excellent to work with.

Trying to get in touch with seller. My plumber installed this tub faucet, but said it is leaking from below the o-rings - he verified the o-rings were seated & flawless, but said there looks to a small shard of metal protruding below the o-rings, near the water lines & can’t tell if that is causing the leak. Please advise. Product is beautiful, otherwise - will update review, once in touch with seller.

David Kohl: We are remodeling an older bathroom with a new freestanding tub and filler. We loved the look of this one and it was less expensive than most of the similar items. Product looks fantastic but the water lines were a bit long and were crimping. Called Kelly and she is getting us custom-sized lines to finish the job. Great customer service!

DianaDiana: The tub filler arrived quickly and the packaging was amazing, they even provided cotton gloves to handle the faucet so you don’t scratch. The faucet looks beautiful and i love the look of the handheld. We haven’t installed it as of yet, so no photo, since the waterline that was provided is too short. Customer service was prompt and willing to send us longer hoses. Looking forward to the final install, and hoping the tub filler works as well as it looks. Definitely worth the money!!
