ltwelve: Not one living creature will go near this. The bees prefer to risk drowning in the pool, rather than getting water here. Maybe it’s because the purple color doesn’t indicate water in their thinking? Is the glass too slippery for the birds? It’s really pretty so it’s nice in the landscape anyway, still good as decoration even though we can’t make ‘em drink.

Steve: It was beautiful but once I pulled it out of box there was so much tape that it would not let go of the bird bath. Trying to cut it away the tape was stuck on so tight when I pulled it hard it shattered the bird bath. I had to buy another one from a different seller.

Jane Ford: I love this little bird bath or actually butterfly bath. It is so pretty and is as shown and described. It stands up very well when shoved into the soil in the garden and I have it next to a butterfly bush which right now is a happy place with many beautiful butterflies coming and going on it.
