The seal constantly comes off and if there is even a small speck of powder on the rim the seal won't connect properly and it spills. I was super excited about the product because it's exactly what I needed, but this issue makes it so difficult to make a smoothie. If I wasn't outside my return time I would return it.

This blender is quiet, efficient and safe! It doesn't start until you lock it into place. The quality of the glass is great. The glass is thick and heavy. It is very easy clean and is a very good quality. I was very pleased with the product for the amount I purchased it for. I thought the 2 shackers we're going to be cheap but they ended up being my favorite cups ever! They are an amazing quality and work great for smoothies or coffee frappes you make in this blender. I was shocked with how quiet it was but yet I did not struggle much with low liquid and chopping frozen fruits or ice. The blades are sharp but the shape of the blender allows you to clean around the blades easily. I would give this 10 out of 10 stars ⭐. I was very happy with this cheap blender that is now my favorite.

I bought this one as a replacement for my older, cheap blender. While not exactly cheap, this one is nowhere near as expensive as some other high end brands. I've found using this for soybeans has worked really well, as well as for any kinds of soft greens. Mainly I use it for soybeans though. Other benefits is that it is easy to clean, and comes with two smaller sized cups that can replace the standard blender. It may not be a Vitamix, but overall I'm very pleased, especially for the price.

I read the good reviews and the price was right so took a shot. This lasted maybe a month before the motor burnt out. The blending power wasn’t great for smoothies leaving stuff on top not mixed that well. Pouring is a bit messy as well. I’d keep looking for a better more powerful blender.
