Palmetto Dreamer: I’ve used almost all the versions of the Magic Bullet since it first appeared. They’ve worn out or I killed the motors with too much ice. Sure, I have a huge (expensive) Vitamix but I like this better. This version of the Bullet has a powerful motor that pulverizes ice like it’s nothing. It’s bigger than the original Magic Bullet but that is okay. Great value for the money.

1. MUST WASH THE BLADE ATTACHMENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE!

Don’t even taste test first or your gluttony will turn you into a glutton for punishment because this is the only time the excess and berry bits will wash off easily. You already knew this principle but don’t push the limits here—the blade and plastic screw on thread situation with the rubber seal that will always dislodge anyway are small little nooks and crannies to harbor stay forever particles.

2. MUST PAINSTAKINGLY REINSERT THE RUBBER SEAL AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE BLADE EVERY SINGLE TIME!

If you like small projects, like painting miniatures, that require the extra-dexterous use of your teeny-weeny fingertip-tips then you are a perfect candidate to commit to “project put the seal back on without the blade slicing your fingers” every. single. time.

3. WASH THE CUP OUT AS SOON AS FINISHED WITH DRINK!

Much like washing the blade attachment, don’t say I’ll wash this later. The plastic is high quality but berry seeds and scuzz are so much harder to clean off this material if allowed to dry.

F. M. Emmett: This past spring, my husband and I got on a much needed health kick. We decided to incorporate daily smoothies into our new kick and the 20 year old blender we have wasn't cutting it. After a lot of research, we went with the NutriBullet Pro.

Since May of 2018 I have been making 32 ounce smoothies every morning for the two of us. I've never used ice but I do blend frozen fruit just about every day including hard as rock strawberries. I add water or coconut milk as the liquid, always up to the fill line, you can add more after your initial blend if you need to.

Some Pros and Cons:

Pros:
-Very easy to use
-Convenient - makes me want to make smoothies every morning which is great
-Small, takes up very little space/storage space
-Powerful, will blend just about everything

Cons:
-Super difficult to clean! You'd think it's just soap and water and that's it! No. These plastic cups stain and hold smells just like any plastic food container. The four ridges that run down the cups to aid in blending, forget it. I use a green scrubby, a bottle brush and a regular sponge to get these areas clean and that's after a nice super hot water and soap soak....
