AL: Not overly impressed with this thermometer. The temperature seems to fluctuate quite a bit and the range for it's accuracy is concerning. Thought it lit up but it does not, suction cup needs to be repressed every few days or it comes off even in low flow areas. It looks fancy and I'm not looking to replace but also not sure I'd recommend over a simple stick on glass reader.

Joshua J. Grinstead: Mine has been in use for 5 months with zero issues. I put Vaseline around the battery gasket before submersing. I think this has helped keep it 100% sealed.

Debit Visa: My lawnmower blenny keeps sitting onto of this thermometer taking a break chewing at the algae on the glass. So it keeps falling over to the side, so I have to read it sideways. So far working good. The section cup shouldn't so easy to tilt to the side. It's very stylish put inside the tank.

Rachel: Exactly what I wanted! Unfortunately (and this has nothing to do with the seller), once it is submersed in the tank it is unable to be read from an angle other than straight on, and only for a distance up to 8ft. But it is accurate to the decimal point and made for my Fluval Edge tank. I would consider purchasing a second one for the side of the tank
