WolleRWolleR: Letztendlich ist das Teil gut wenn man die beiden beiliegenden Batterien fachgerecht entsorgt und gegen neue, volle austauscht.
Lasst die Batterien dann einfach weg...!
Das anbringen an der Scheibe ist einfach und wird wohl auch dauerhaft halten. Die "Einstellung" erfordert keine Anleitung (es liegt auch keine bei)
Für mich ist die messgenauigkeit völlig ausreichend, ein paar Tage hatte ich drei verschiedene Thermometer im Einsatz und die Abweichung beträgt gerade mal 0,4 Grad. Die Ablesbarkeit ist natürlich stark abhängig von der Helligkeit im Becken bzw. Vom Blickwinkel aber insgesamt OK.
Also bis auf die leeren Batterien bin ich zufrieden.

Placeholder: The thermometer doesn't work though it arrives with an installed battery. No instructions in box on how to remove and insert new one. Had to look on line. Otherwise, it is ok just a little difficult to read if acquarium is not lighted.

AmazonShopper: I like that the display is very clear and that its easy to set the alarm temps but it is a little on the big size.
Also mine was missing the plastic pull tab in the battery so the first battery was dead and I had to use the spare battery as soon as I opened the box.
If the LCD last the test of time I will be fully happy with everything other than the rather large size.

Matthew: i have 2 of these i have used for over a year now and other then when the battery dies it starts switching between Celsius and fahrenhiet... but has worked great besides that

waletti: Cons:
-No directions included; had to Google them or read the Amazon description on how to use.
-Arrived sealed in box with a dead battery (and a replacement...which is weird in itself)
-Once on the tank, it is not coming off; adhesive it not like a Command strip but just two faced foam tape

Pros:
- Clean design
- Wireless, so no worry about the cables inside the tank
- Easy to read

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Bought this to place on outside of my tank wasn't sure whether to get based on the reviews.Actually the reviews were right this think is way off by 1 degree.Meat probe is way more accurate.Not worth the £14:99 price tag on amazon.Update the sticky back tape came off so no longer useful as I cannot stick it to the tank.
