Anna Francoeur: I recently started reading my boys these books and I feel that they are age-appropriate for my three year olds and my nine year old!
Simple, entertaining and insightful

Pigeon: I liked this book. The colors are amazing! I liked how all the colors were separated and the different words were put on 1 page for different names of feelings. It is important to learn there are different words to describe things more accurately. When I was young I was just upset. I knew no other words to describe it more accurately. If I had a child I would read this to them and we would talk about all the different emotions more in depth.

DebK: Captivating and colourful simple images using colour to represent different feelings. Great to teach kids about emotions and give them a vocabulary the talk about theirs.

Sarah Jaysmith: This series provides an easily digestible way for children (and adults!) to visualise their emotions. The use of colour is very helpful for clarity. My 6 year old loves these books and uses them to describe his emotions. Highly recommended!

Amazon Customer: My children and I are obsessed with this whole series. It first caught my attention when I saw The Anxiety Spot. My 8 year old daughter has begun struggling with school related anxiety & I was desperate to help her find ways to overcome those feelings when they arose so, I decided to give it a try. The book's simple text, clean, colorful illustrations & catchy melodic tactic got us hooked! And, the best part?.... It really worked!!! She liked it so much she started using it to bring back her peaceful spot whenever her anxiety spot got to big. After that, we couldn't wait to devour the rest of the series & they did not disappoint! I especially loved how they are all purposefully interconnected & the images & text are repeated within the series to help kids make those connections. They are the Inside Out of the book world & I strongly recommend them for both the home & the classroom. Every classroom should not only have this series & use these strategies with their kids but they should all incorporate a peaceful spot to help turn jumbled up scribbles into rainbows. My only disappointment? The series is now finished. Looking forward to her next book.
