EK: My cats like to drink from this fountain. We have had it about 5 months. The water stays clean for about a week and then I clean it. Refill it every few days to keep the water level midway up. Suddenly last week, the fountain stopped working so I messaged the seller and they are replacing the fountain for me! I am hopeful that this one will continue to work well for us.

Jade: I bought two of these so my cat would have enough water while i was away on a mini-vacation. One is still in perfect operation. The day i was headed out i set up the second one and realized i had forgotten to adjust the flow opening on the pump so that it wouldn’t pump a high stream that freaked my cat out. So i turned it off and lulled it back out to make the adjustments, but when I plugged it back in (turned it on) the pump light turned on and the pump was receiving power however no water flowed.
I had to leave the base without the top on just so my cat could reach the extra water.

The item has multiple components:
Spout attachment, main bowl, the internal bowl frame, two sponge filters, one actual filter, the water pump, an ac adapter and the base (bowl)

The water pump has lights- blue lets you know the water is good and within the desired parameters, red means you’re low/out of water

Operation is simple and easy
Im not sure what happened with the motor on the second one but the original one has been working quite well.

Nadnouv67Nadnouv67: The media could not be loaded.  I am impressed with this fountain. In a nutshell:
Pros: holds about 2 liters, I just refill every day and clean under running water once a week.
Super easy to clean, no need for the dish washer, I just rinse it under running water, that's it.
The motor is enclosed by 3 filters so the water does not get as dirty compared to my previous fountain. You can tell because with 2 cats, I used to see a bit of "floating foam" after 5 days, I don't see that with this fountain.
easy to dissemble, i just remove the USB and keep the plug in the socket while I wash the fountain.
The stainless steel keeps the water cold. I am surprised that there was no adaptation time, both cats drank from it as soon as I set it up. One cat drinks from the bassin and the other prefers to drink from the nozzle (spout?).
The price is really reasonable compared to similar products.
I don't know what is it about the design of this fountain but I used to need a dish drying mat under my old fountain, and the mat was always soaked; not with this one.
Lastly, you just cannot hear the motor. You can however hear the sound of the running water.
