Lulu Easton: What an inspirational introduction to plant based eating. I love this book. The photos are beautiful and the recipes delicious! Andrea lives an enviable life and while we all can’t live in Hawaii (I really wish I could) we can adopt her plant over processed way of life! Buy this book! You will not be disappointed.

H Ray: This is a wonderful healthy cookbook. I am not vegetarian but several of these recipes I now make routinely including the granola, golden milk latte, Bali bowl, save your dollars soup, potato fries, and hempies. The recipes are not complicated and don’t involve a ton of ingredients. I hope there will be a second cookbook from Andy!

donald c.: I’ve wanted to try more of a plant based diet for about 3 years and this book gave me an excellent guide. I’m only one week today but I already have so much more energy. I haven’t been hungry which is bonus. Most of her recipes have ingredients that are readily available near me and I live in a more rural area.
I did read and “study “ her book about 1 month before I started it so I didn’t feel so overwhelmed.

CarinaCarina: Das Buch kam schnell an und ich bin begeistert! Ich habe Earthyandy bereits bei Instagram und FB gefolgt und kenne daher einige ihrer Rezepte, zumindest von den Bildern her. Dies ist eine Sammlung ihrer Lieblingsrezepte aber auch einige Seiten Biografie, die Zutaten, die man im Haus haben sollte, und weitere interessante Infos. Leider ist das Buch nur auf englisch erhältlich aber dank Übersetzerapp lassen sich die Lücken heutzutage ja leicht schließen. Zu den Rezepten: das Erdnussdressin zusammen mit den Sommerrollen sind der Wahnsinm, die Energiekugeln, das Nutella... Einfach nur superlecker! Die Smoothies, die ich bis jetzt probiert habe, haben auch zu 100% überzeugt, vor allem der ChaiChai! Megafein! Mein Vorratsschrank quillt über mit gesunden zutaten und es macht richtig spaß sich damit auseinanderzusetzen. Wir sind keine veganer und keine vegetarier :)

Amazon Customer: I follow Andy on Instagram, so bought this book, and was not disappointed. It’s the best cook book I have ever owned. All the recipes I have made so far have been simple and delicious, for my whole family incl my 3 year old, and my favourite part is that lots of them are made from cupboard staples. It’s rare to have a whole book that uses a few ingredients, so you are not searching for a whole bunch of rare spices just to make one dish. I’ll definitely be using all the recipes in this book, and am loving the journey. Highly recommend!
