I bought it for work, because it was cheap. First time I used the discharge one, it started leaking between the valve and the stem coming off of the valve.

Purchased a few different ball valves. They are not the best quality and you need to screw them on a little tighter to make sure they don't leak, but they are good to have in the kit.
Personally, I prefer to use core depressors on the valve ports themselves, and then would hook one of these inline to hoses / gauges to be able to isolate the gauges or parts of the system.
Definitely a good kit to have and comes with a few different - You never know what you need so it's good to have options.
