Terry L Henderson: This seed is not typically an easy find. That I was able to find any was great. That the quality was so good was a huge bonus. I made a huge amount of my Garam Masala blend which I use in many dishes include most of my meat rubs. I made up some Berbere blend and my Aloo Methi blend. All three of these blends are often put in small jars and given away as a gift set along with many recipes I use them in. Thank you for a great product. I will certainly reorder.
