Lora: Love all the information and recipes. My only complaint is some of the printing is so small. Also, more of it should be in a bolder type. Very difficult to read. I have to use a magnifying glass.

LWAL: It's an American book with ingredient references to Zucchini, Eggplant and Cilantro. However as long as you know the British equivalent ie., Cougettes, Aubergine and Corriander, the recipes seem to be quite easy to do. You'll probably have to adapt some of the ingredients according to what works best for your type of IBS condition and tolerances but on the whole its quite a useful book if you are struggling for variations in you current diet. The only negative for me is that my book hasn't been securely bound and some pages are already coming unstuck.

Amazon Customer: The message, guidance and recipes in this book changed my life. I have been struggling with new digestive issues since Oct 2019. Thought is was solely lactose intolerance however resurged again this spring to the point that I lost 15 lbs and I don’t lose weight easily. So frustrated. My cousin is a registered dietician and had mentioned FODMAP last year and when I started my search, this book resonated with me and my desperation for relief. I followed the 7-day plan. The recipes are easy and delicious. I was able to continue to prep meals for my family. I felt relief after one day. I have always maintained a healthy lifestyle however I was eating many of the high FODMAP foods (simple fruits and veggies such as asparagus and blackberries). Who knew?! By understanding LOW vs HIGH FODMAP foods, I have changed my diet significantly yet eating great food. Changed my life! This book is worth every penny! Buy it.

claire: This book is amazing and has changed my life! I ate healthily, exercises regularly and am of a healthy weight for my age and height - however I have battled with IBS, bloating and upset stomach for years - especially after hitting 40. My parents both had bowel cancer in the last 2 years so I decided to investigate my own eating habits and what was going on on my system. I had blood tests, colonoscopies and all normal. The doctor suggested I try a low FODMAP diet. I tried on my own googling, but with no success and didn’t know where to start. This book is brilliant! Explains all about FODMAP foods and all of the recipes are delicious and easy to make. Even my teenage sons enjoy the food. My symptoms seemed to change over night - no bloating or stomach cramps. I feel full and full of energy and no longer crave sugary treats! Highly recommend for busy people who suffer from IBS.

aged techie: In one week my husband's digestive issues of two years were reduced to near zero. I was cooking all day with different recommendations, etc. Dr. had no clue. Book was truly a blessing I am thanking God for every day. Diet now very limited at this point but to see him well, with energy again and happy is more than I could have ever asked from a cheap paperback book! Thanks so much to the author!
