Anna Thomas: My favorite flavor is the farro! I put these on a bed of lettuce or spinach and have an easy meal at work. Unfortunately, with my last purchase, I got double the cauliflower and NO farro. Not sure why….

Chris: These seemed fresh. But the topping for each type of grain/pasta seemed like it was basically about the same ingredients. Which was kind of like a Greek or Italian antipasto type flavor. They would be good for a lunch box or picnic. They are sealed so no need to refrigerate them until ready to eat.

DavesPlanet: Mango and roasted pepper is the best of the group. Quite good.
Jalapeño and roast pepper was good.
Artichoke and roast pepper was ok.
Basil pesto was nasty. I felt bad about throwing perfectly good food away but there was just nothing I could do with that or add to it to get me to choke it down.
Honestly though Quinoa was a brand name, it is a small grain, sprouted and cooked. Pretty good stuff.

Dr. NotadoctorDr. Notadoctor: So... they are pretty small. Like... fruit cup small. It's less than 8 Oz and if you are in the US and drink coffee... That is less than the smallest sized cup they have at Starbucks. That being said. Pretty tasty. However. As a 6' 210 lb guy... it's not really enough for me to justify buying again. As a meal replacement... meh. I was looking for something filling w/ veggies. I'm looking to lose some weight but this is a snack.
I do think they are pretty tasty though. But I could get a protein bar for less than half the price and I feel that would be better for curbing my snack desires. If you aren't a large man... this might satisfy you.
