Rafael G.: This vise is everything it is advertised to be. It does in fact rotate 360 degrees. and does it very smoothly. The jaws come together perfectly. The anvil area is large and smooth. No screwa or bolts are included. to mount it to work bench. The paint is applied evenly without overspray.
