Gabor Sipos: The whole knife is well balanced with a bit leaning towards. The blade is kind of narrow which makes it easier to chop wedges and fillet meat.

Paul M. Hood: General utility knife for kitchen use. Arrived well packed and very sharp. We bought 4 and they're all very identical/consistent. We're washing them by hand and won't be putting through the dishwasher. It's possible to scratch the finish on the blade if you use and abrasive scrubber-- yeah, I did that but I don't much care, I expect them to show wear. I also expected them to fit the steak knife slots in my knife block but they don't. Oh well, not really a down side. The blade shank is thin but seems strong enough, knife is lightweight, much lighter than another paring knife of a different grade that I got from the same company. I like them.
