Jeff Baker: love the fact it comes with all the fittings and extras you should need to install and it was pretty easy to do. Does take a while to get the filters cleaned out so the water tastes good. mostly because the flow rate is slow until you are able to fill the tank. Well worth the money. I will be buying some as gifts.

I did the 6-month filter change and let me tell you the number of substances that are filtered is amazing!

In the first picture you can see the new filter compared to the old filter. I poured the water into the cup to get a better look at it. By the time the water goes through the remaining 4 stages and reaches the tap, the water is crystal clear and fresh.

I highly recommend it if you are looking to improve your water quality and remove harmful contaminants.

Chase P: The system was easy to install and included all of the parts I needed. If you install it and the waste water comes out non-stop, you have to simply take the screws out of the white thingy I think is a pressure regulator and separate the housings, then un-stick the rubber do-hicky inside that makes it work. It is stuck together because its new, dry and made of rubber. Put it back together and you are set. Your system will no longer push waste water out unless it is filling the tank.

Water initially came out PH 6ish which is good for my plants. months later the city did something to the water supply and now the water is 8+ out of the RO and even higher out of the tap. So I have no idea whats thats all about but either way store bought distilled water is 007 on my EC meter an 002 on this RO system water.. even months later. The pressure at the 1/4 output from my faucet valve is 40 psi which is on the low end of what is efficient but with testing my waste-efficiency is 50/50 AS ADVERTISED. I installed one of those permeate pumps and it seems to help fill the tank faster. You might want to get a little 1/4" pressure tester and a bigger tank if you are filling up 5gal jugs for...

Rex from MN: We purchased this unit, wondering if it was going to give us better water. We have a well and a water softener and my wife didn't love the taste of the water and I didn't like to use the water softener for working with plants.
Our configuration was to just run the RO to the refrigerator so we didn't use the faucet.

The start of this story was not super, but after the outstanding customer support I was able to install and had great tasting water. It did the job we were looking for it to do. 5 start rating for unit and customer service.

What I loved about this unit is that it had literally everything I needed to put it in.
I have to say, this is the first time I've used the quick connect and it was intimidating and worrisome. But after using it and learning that you just have to push the outside ring inwards to get the pipe out and the little blue c rings keep that ring out, thus not allowing the plastic pipe to come out unwanted, I was relived. And they are so easy to work with, it is almost embarrasingly easy!
The seller ships the unit with a pretty much plug and play manner, but also includes extras like water line, multiple quick connect...

Joe Ducey: I had a problem with one of the plumbing fittings not being compatible with our thread fittings initially.
The company was very prompt & good with their response . I purchased the fitting that would work for us & they reimbursed me for all the costs I incurred . I would highly recommend this company to all.
I needed the RO unit as we have very hard water & need to reduce the mineral content for our humidifier.

Mpowers: I like the product. I like the size. Easy to install. The faucet is a little flimsy but, that’s expected for the price. What I don’t like is that you can only store 1 GALLON of water at a time. I’m honestly thinking about adding a secondary tank for that reason.

The RO filter system works absolutely great though. I tested for TDS or “Total Dissolved Solids” and PH. I have extremely well hard water. The filter is after a softening system. The PH is slightly alkaline at 6.0 to 6.5. The TDS is surprisingly 14 PPM. That’s extremely good for a system for that price. Well worth the money if you drink a lot of water. Add some reusable bottles and you won’t have to buy bottled water again.
