Kate: My old door catches were cracking as they were plastic. Found these and used as replacements and no problems so far. Watch the sizes for these replacements and make sure they fit your old ones and you won't have a problem with installation. Screw holes were in the same place so easy to mount after scraping off the old silicone caulk. Recaulk after installation to prevent water intrusion.

Pen Name: Like everyone else said the work great and look good when you first install them but they will just start rusting out of no where on a day it rains or when you wash your rv.

carol: I ordered this to try to replace the plastic baggage clips. Even though this product is made well and I wished it would have worked for my vehicle it did not because it did not line up with the holes and also where it would hold the baggage compartment open it didn't work right for the doors on my camper van but it was still a good product it just didn't work for me.
