David HuntDavid Hunt: Very happy with the product but man it is a HARD one to install by yourself because it is pretty heavy and you need to be quite stable when lining up screws and holes over your head. I tried 5 different ways to do it myself before I found something that worked. That's not a knock on this particular product though, they are all like that. Have a buddy with another ladder help you and then it will be easy. Product works very well for my purposes and I was surprised at how affordable it was.

Clarence D.: itel is awesome no worry on operation. BUT one flaw. i have adjustable crane hoist (GANTRY) when up above7 feet 8 inches the controller get hard to use because of the short cable. so after making the control cable 6 ft longer, to get to safe distance made the operation lot better. like said works awesome no worries except for short controller wire of 5 feet long
