Krisztina: If it's too big, wear over socks thin or thick depending on your feet until the gel sleeve is snug. it doesn't slip when worn over cotton socks and the gel feels great under my heel when walking and keeps my shoe from rubbing and blistering the back better than moleskin or wool socks alone
did. the compression is light, feels good, not painful..I wear them all work day and remove at night just like one would with a compression stocking or other wrap. I wish they could make the whole sock/ sleeve bottom gel to comfort the rest of the foot because it feels so great

Sara Pereyra: Good cushion for bottoms of your feet. The top doesn’t help with any chafing from your shoe. Not enough coverage on top of your foot and it’s thin.
