tisha: My husband installed these in our upstairs to child proof the windows. They are super sturdy and would be extremely hard for a kid to move without the key, I can't move them at all. Nice it can be placed anywhere to allow the window to open as much or as little as you want it.

Carly Roberts: The key snapped in the screw as I was tightening it to the window. I just got some tweezers to remove the broken piece from inside the screw, got out my set of wrenches to finish the install, and it was all good.

Bren: Ya había comprado algo parecido pero justo porque no había forma de apretar el tornillo por que este chocaba con el carril de en medio de la ventana, compré este. Pero tampoco funcionó, no hay suficiente espacio entre el carril y el tornillo para liberar la llave una vez apretado el tornillo

N.H.: If you put the lock up a little to leave room to open the window slightly to get air, with a little pressure, the lock pops right off. Close the window all the way and put the lock on touching the top of the window, works great! You just have to take the lock off to open the window

AC_Amazon: The item worked 90%. The only issue is that the lip is the same size on each side. When placed into the window runner this presents a small problem because the lip cannot fit all the way into the runner used by the window to slide up and down.
