Amazon Customer: I read all the reviews and was question about getting this camera but was really surprise of how well it was to hook up, picture quality and well it worked. Wish they would get more, I even paid extra for one off eBay because I wanted it right away and amazon might get them back.

Amazon Customer: Picture good, sound good, USB 3m not long enough, added 4m extension, working.
Range 4m to track a person, vehicle 8m approx. not enough for what I need!
It has a mind of its own, set where I want it to look and it decides it will dip down and look at the grass growing! Not good for detection.
At night, it looks to the right, vertically down, no use at all.
Ok you can correct it by the phone app, but after a short while, it will do its own thing again.
On now and its good to listen to birds chirping outside, therapeutic.
I may replace it with a better one that stays in position and has a better detection range. Note that some have taped it up in position, but if I wanted a fixed one, would have bought that type.

Andrea Johnson: Bought this item June 2022, connecting it at first was easy. A couple of days later the camera says offline. I tried hard reset, then tried connecting again, it went through.

After a few days, the camera says offline once again. I emailed Chekoh customer service what is wrong with the camera. They asked for the camera's model number. They said my memory card was the problem. So I bought a 128GB SD card and formatted them to exFAT. (Following the instructions from customer service)

After this, everything went smooth. Fast forward to November 2022 until now, the camera is not responsive. It stopped connecting through my wifi (for the nth time)... ALWAYS says offline. I have been reset-ing it a million times but it just doesn't connect no more.

I have been sending multiple emails to their customer service but no answer. Would I recommend this? NO. I wasted my money on this item.

Dale: We have been using three of the eleven cameras we purchased for over 6 months now and have had no problems. We have three more that we have tested, and they work as well. I ordered another five in May, and they all work as well. At the time of writing this, we will have eleven cameras in all, with plans to purchase another one today. The video, picture, and voice quality are excellent. They have worked well, and their price means we can expand our security system.

The app works fine for us, and it’s easy to use. The set up was a breeze and we can have paired all of them to one account. We also have three laptops with the PC version of the app, and it works fine as well. There is a little lag, but I think it’s because of the router we are using from our internet provider. I think the PC version of the app can support up to sixteen cameras. We have not had all of them active at the same time, only three for the time being. By the end of the year, we should have sixteen cameras working 24/7. With a big screen TV and laptop combination, we can monitor all cameras at once from our living room, kitchen, or bedrooms.

Amazon Customer: Security camera was easy to install and is working very well. USB charging cord allows you to test with a charging brick (nice feature but not a long term as it used the brick in 48 hours). Camera does need to be wired to a 110v outlet for long term use, as advertised. It would be nice if the charge cable could be disconnected from camera when installing so the drill hole could be the width of the wire (1/8") instead of the size of a USB-C connector (5/8"). The software for triggering alerts is functional, but could be improved. There are only three sensitivity settings and I find the least sensitive still triggering too many false alerts. Facial or animal recognition software (in more expensive cameras) would likely help avoid false triggers (i.e., the wind blowing a nearby hydrangea bush). The tracking ability seems to struggle to stay with the activity in the camera view. The image both day and night is better than I anticipated. Overall, very satisfied with the product and will be purchasing 2 more. Hoping that Chekoh makes an indoor wireless model to pair with the outdoor security cameras. Also hoping that the software is improved over time.

MizMacMizMac: At this point I give the camera a 5-star rating. We purchased it as a stand alone camera to monitor the foaling stall for my mare. I was really uncertain it would do the job considering how inexpensive it was. But for my particular purpose it has been great. I haven't tested the different levels of night time quality as I did not want bright lights to stay on and I assume that they would - but haven't tested. The ability to pan is great, although it is somewhat jerky and sometime hard to exactly how you want it. But keep in mind that I was trying to cover a 12x16 area in a barn and had to work around various objects. This morning - five days after foaling - I saw Annabelle (the foal) fidgeting around the small salt block feeder I moved up to keep her out of it. I was able to pan down to the one little corner not already covered and could see it was indeed out of her reach. I'm not sure how these would work if you wanted more than one and we already have a complete camera/dvr set up for the house and yard.
