Jim Weaks: I used to rely on just chlorine to keep the pool clean but that would get really expensive when algae took over. This stuff is very good. We just got home from vacation for 2 weeks and there was some algae on the side wall and the outer edge of the pool bottom. One treatment with this and the dead algae was easily vacuumed out the next day.

CaminoCamino: After a rain all the chemicals were balanced but the pool water was dark. I followed the instructions exactly and then Leslie pools said to shock the pool 4 hours later when the sun went down. I did two bags of shock and within 48 hours the pool was back to crystal clear. Next time we have heavy rains I will do this immediately.

T. Gordon: So I live in Florida, and every summer when it’s hit snd the waters fairly warm I always get mustard algae a couple times in the summer. I keep my chemicals balanced and checked every week and keep my filter clean every week and I even have a visions cartridge in my system, still I got the the brown mustard algae. I bought this based on reviews, I use 2oz weekly maintenance in my pool and I’ve had no algae thus year even in this unbearable heat wave and very warm water. My pool is crystal clear better than it’s ever been in 20 years. And the cost of this is a fraction of other solutions or little packets to fight mustard algae from pinch a Penny. It is totally worth using this.
