Mark Software Dev: The best low-carb bagel on Amazon. I ordered a lot of low-carb and keto foods. The first thing we noticed on the previous order of another brand was how small they were. These were much better and much bigger. Normal size bagels. Maybe we were lucky but ours were perfectly soft and we ate two that day left two out to eat within the next couple days and put the rest in the refrigerator. We don’t find it necessary to put the bagels in the freezer. They stay fresh in the refrigerator. I believe the others who say their order did not come in good condition and that is a problem with this kind of thing. They need to get shipped and delivered right away and refrigerated if not eaten right away. It’s not like picking them up at the store. I found the packaging a little odd as they were well bagged but did not have product information on the bags so I had to look it up again. But I’m ordering a product online for a special purpose. I had some with cream cheese and some with avocado. I’m sure if I compared it to the best full carb bagel that bagel might win but that’s not something I would eat.

RWalker: I saw these reviewed on a YouTube video and decided to try them. A lot of negative reviews disappointed me. I placed an order anyway.
The package came FedEx but took a few days to get here. It had 3 gel packs that were no longer frozen. The bagels looked fine. I immediately put them in the freezer. I've had several now. They taste more like bread than the chewy bagel texture. I toast them, add butter, cinnamon or jelly at breakfast. Be careful with the toaster setting as they do burn if left too long. I'm diabetic. I need to do more glucose testing. But no mold so far and the taste isn't that bad. The one problem is cost. Nasty (carbs) mass produced bagels at the store are $2.00 or $3.00 per pack. I realize specialty products are going to cost more. But my wife thinks she can bake something similar for a lot less.

Lost In The Cosmos: Some years ago I was watching the Subway 'sandwich artist' making wheat bread, only they turned it into '12-grain' wheat bread before my eyes by sprinkling a trace amount of 12-grain mix on top before popping the tray in their EZ-bake oven contraption. Well, I can't eat Subway's interesting taste of bread as often these days as I have a variant of pre-metabolic syndrome. It's called post-modernistic syndrome and it's not officially recognized yet, but all the medical residents are talking about it. Anyway though, I need to eat less sugar and starch, so these people have excellent low-carb rye bread that's cheap enough for a person who doesn't eat bread all that much. However, I'm guessing they took their success with bread, possibly made some token effort to adapt their formulation to the art of bagelry, then just made the crust of their bread into that of a bagel, and like Jared and friends at Subway, just sprinkle on a pinch of Everything for appearances and the ingredient list. Well I'm not fooled. I was eating them with butter at first, so I switched to cream cheese, no luck. I suppose I could have schlepped down the block to the grocer's for lox maybe, but really I'm just...

D. Cole: For the price these are just not worth it. The taste is very similar to making keto bread. Guess its the almond flour. The bagel is super dry though. I think there could be an internet challenge to eat a single one of these bagels plain with no drink. Not sure if anyone could complete it lol.
Overall, I would never buy again. Nothing against the company, just to me, its not worth it. The taste is only ok. I make keto mug bread in the microwave often enough that I just dont need to have bread as badly as I used to. To me, its not really a big enough leap that makes me say its better than the mug bread in terms of being like bread. Im glad I tried it, others might find it better suited for themselves.

Mrs. Gail Daley: It has nice texture, flaver. Toasts well and makes a nice sandwich.
