Kenneth M Huebner: I plugged it into my Windows computer and it worked right away. My bluetooth devices have no issue connecting to it.
Works as it is supposed to.

Mark K: This does NOT work with XP Pro!
I have tried their drivers and others, Their drivers fail with a poorly written English reason why.
Even Win7 Pro fails to connect.
Not worth my time or effort to return as I trashed them both. Ill go back to TP Link

Amazonian: It works fine, but you have to install the driver from their weird web site which sucks. The web site is on one of the papers that comes with it so you have to make sure to read the paper or look it up. I'd go with another one that doesn't require some random driver to be installed.
