I wanted to wait a month before writing my review of this product to give it some time to settle into my routine -- a mix of walking and running.
I did A LOT of research before buying a walking pad/treadmill. I went through some disappointment last year when I tried to buy the Peloton Tread, but it ultimately didn't fit in the space as I hoped, so I had to send it back :(
So I spent a year researching which small treadmill would work for my needs. I am a runner, but I am VERY out of shape, so I wanted something that could handle short spurts of running - 10-30 mins -- to start and then hopefully handle longer runs 45-60 mins as I get my running legs back. I have not run longer than 30 minutes yet, but so far so good!
This is also a great walking pad for when it's a crappy day outside and I barely get out to walk or my dog refuses to go far in the rain/snow. So It's wonderful when I want to get more steps in on those days.
Things to note:
- The jump button = 0.2mph at a time (example: You start at 3.0 MPH. The next level up is 3.2 MPH. 3.1 is not an option). You cannot go up a single MPH, which was a bummer at first, but I'm used to...

Unpacking/Assembly
The box that this treadmill is shipped in is protected with custom made polyurethane foam pieces to insure that it is not damaged in shipment.
There is really no assembly required for this product. The assembly in the supplied instructions for me was more for out to setup for operation and storage. You are only minutes away from exercise when you get this out of the packaging. There is maintenance kit supplied with the unit that includes silicon oil and hex wrench. These items are only used for preventative maintenance and not needed until significant use has resulted. Lock the upright in place, connect to your household power outlet and you are ready to go. It is that simple and no tools are required.
