J. ChavezJ. Chavez: I absolutely love this product. I use it daily. But there is a problem with it cracking from high heat. I have never dropped or banged this skillet. The best part about it is the high temperatures it achieves. Just so sad about it not holding up. I want to buy another but buying one every year doesn’t my seem like a good practice. Hope they fix this problem soon. Back up looking for a replacement

Tati the Reader: I wanted bigger and I got excited when I saw that this skillet was on sale and I bought it. While not as big as I would have liked by far, it is a good little work horse. I use it all the time and I love how easily everything comes together in it. Now, I said I used it a lot, and I do, I am afraid the heating element is giving out on me, and that sort of breaks my heart but I could be wrong and we can definitely get a replacement for the cord, but other than that, I'm very happy.

PYvonneS: Everything was perfect until I turned the knob to tighten it on the lid and it broke in millions of pieces sprayed all over my kitchen and it sprayed all over me. Luckily, none in my face, eyes, hair, only one cut on my hand. Costly in several ways, clothing trashed, new garbage disposal was necessary, and also, It took hours of careful cleaning as bits of glass are everywhere. Disappointed. I got a replacement, but now convinced the knob needs a longer screw or a different way to attach as it does not work very well. I am afraid to tighten, past experience, it exploded. The replacement top, today, I raised the knob to move it and the top fell on my counter, but did not explode this time and I thank God it did not break this time. Will use the top very little, if at all, because the knob does not connect very well.
