Kindle Customer: For the last several months, my Roomba 655 has been behaving erratically. It didn't seem to hold a charge for very long. Sometimes it would return to base in 30-60 seconds despite charging for days. I was ready to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Keep in mind when I first bought my Roomba nearly 7 years ago, I liked it so much that I bought stock in the company. I was bummed that it had become nothing more than an expensive door stop.
Just before tossing it in the garbage, I did a little internet research and learned that the batteries are replaceable. I buzzed around Amazon and found this battery unit. It arrived yesterday. I installed it in less than a minute, most of that time spent trying to find a screwdriver in my house. Super easy. The battery came charged and the Roomba cleaned the living room and dining room flawlessly and docked itself. Just like old times.
